Delighted to share a clear and elegant animation created by our Structural Biology MRes student Lenka Mrazova explaining the fundamental principles of prion disease:

Animations like this are of tremendous educational value. They help make complex scientific concepts accessible to non-specialist researchers, newcomers to the field, and the wider public through effective outreach.

Lenka’s animation complemented her excellent poster at the recent Centre of Structural Biology Open Day at Imperial, where it was accessible via QR code. It is also available on a dedicated website.
