Farewell to Our 2025/26 Master’s Cohort

We are sad to see our three Master’s students leave the lab. Structural Biology MRes students Lenka and Jayme pushed our prion strain biology research to another level, while Biomedical Research MRes student Atiyeh laid the foundations for a cell-based platform to study α-synuclein aggregation and clearance.

They all did extremely well, earning Distinctions for their degrees!

Jayme has now started a PhD at King’s, while Lenka has started a Research Assistant II role at WashU, with plans to continue into a PhD.
